Today my sister and I made this vegan chocolate silk pie! We followed this recipe from The Minimalist Baker and added some flaked salt on top because we felt the flavors would come out better, and they did! I used Maldon, but any flaked sea salt or fleur de sel would work well. The can of coconut milk we put in the fridge to make coconut whipped cream didn't separate so we ended up using dairy whipping cream lol. Perks of being a semi-vegan.
